Lone Star Beef Jerky is made from choice beef and turkey breasts with no artificial flavorings or liquid smoke added. Every batch of our jerky is smoked over pure hickory for 8 to 10 hours. Our hot and spicy jerky is made with the original hickory smoked choice beef cuts infused with red and white pepper and cayenne spices. Available in 8OZ and 4OZ packaging.
